PhD Dissertation
My doctoral dissertation focused on developing a competency-based curriculum for a master’s program in Services Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) using online Delphi method. SSME is a new interdisciplinary field supported by several leading organizations like IBM and universities like the University of Cambridge.
